Oh hey, so Thursday was my 25th birthday and here are two pictures from it. The cake being my first ‘Erica cake’ as my mom put it and the other being the outfit I went out with friends in. I also finally bought a body mirror! Yay me!

Scrooged (1988) by Richard Donner
This is a movie I have to watch always in this night. If you plan to invite me for Christmas, remember that I have to watch that movie. This is the classic Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, but set in the late 80s with an egocentric and arriviste president of a broadcasting company in the role of Scrooge. And two funny and strange ghosts for the past and present Christmas… And a terrible ghost of future Christmas.
The great lesson you will get is to avoid Chinese food, because they cook the cats they find in the back alleys xD

Doctor Who Last Christmas (2014) by Paul Wilmshurst
For some strange reasons, I waited one years to watch this Christmas Special (and I will wait another year to watch the new one…) where Nick Frost is Santa Claus! Well, after I’ve watched it, I can just say… Eleventh Doctor, those where days…
But wait, it’s a Christmas story and there is Santa! Give it a chance!

The Wizard of Oz (1939) by Victor Fleming
“Someday I’ll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me.
Where troubles melt like lemon drops,
Way above the chimney tops,
That’s where you’ll find me.”
This was a sweet suggestion of my friend Jacquie. I absolutely love the Wizard of Oz. And I love to see special episodes in TV series where they make a reinterpretation. My favourite is Scrubs… (Obviously!)

What are we looking at here? Natale in casa Cupiello is an original theatrical comedy in 3 acts written by Eduardo De Filippo in 1931. On the background you can see the classic Christmas time in Naples. It’s funny, you will laugh a lot for the first 2 acts, and this will prepare you for the bitter finale.
